Finally something different! This is not your cookie cutter condo, Bjarke Ingles Group Architecture (BIG Architects) have proposed a 150 metres highrise, the 4th tallest tower in the city. The Beach & Howe Tower will feature approximately 600 residential suites for sale and 180 market rental units along with a mix of commercial and retail space. As part of project proposal the tower will also feature 270 bike parking spaces and 713 parking stalls. This could possibly be most anticipated and talked about landmark condo tower setting stage for a premiere iconic building pushing the limit in terms of style, design and architecture.
