Born and raised in Vancouver and the North Shore where he currently resides with his wife and son, Brook has been a full time REALTOR since 2010 focusing almost exclusively in selling homes in Vancouver and North Vancouver. Brook’s approach is very personal and hands on, with a commitment to integrity, transparency, and always being on top of the unique dynamics of our real estate market.
Prior to becoming a realtor, he completed a Bachelor degree in Business at Simon Fraser University and worked in corporate software sales, banking, residential construction, and hospitality. All of these experiences provided a wealth of knowledge and negotiation skills that have helped him assist hundreds of people in buying or selling their home. After being licensed at Royal LePage Sussex for 5 years, Brook eventually found his home at Blu Realty in 2016. He has achieved sales awards such as the Master Sales award (top 20% in Canada) and President’s Gold Award (top 10% in Canada) at Royal LePage, as well as the Medallion Club awarded by the Real Estate Board for being top 10% of sales in Greater Vancouver.
