We have a little bit of loft envy for Jen’s latest buyers, who scooped up this double height gem at Space last week. With features like an open-concept layout, gourmet kitchen, huge floor-to-ceiling windows, and wide plank hickory flooring it’s not difficult to see why her buyers were instantly enamored. Throw in a prime location in the heart of Yaletown and their hearts were practically set. Luckily, thanks to the negotiating prowess of Jen, they were able to win the loft in multiple offers. Which means that 2017 and move-in day could not come faster for this latest set of loft owners.
