On Thurs, March 13 between 5:30pm-7pm, our intrepid realtors Jen Friesen, Nels Agerbo and Dan Griffin are combining forces to host a Mount Pleasant LIVE/WORK/WINE/CHEESE. The mission is to introduce you - our fine friends and clients - to 3 truly unique listings in one of Vancouver's most eclectic and vibrant neighborhoods.

Our 3 listings are located in two of the most desirable buildings in SOMA. For the uninitiated, SOMA refers to the neighborhood just off Main Street between East 2nd and Broadway. Yes, that’s a blatant San Fran rip-off, but hey – now you have your bearings. Brewery Creek is a Class “A” Heritage building with charm and tonnes of exposed brick, while Mainspace is modern, spacious and offers stunning views of the North Shore mountains. The three properties (2 are in Brewery Creek) are a quick stroll apart, and explored best with wine, cheese and Beta 5 chocolates in hand!
