Open Houses I'd See This Weekend

As we are winding down our summers and the first weekend after labor day is upon us.  Don't let the cooler weather get you down - I have a feeling the sun will be back.  Cooler weather is the perfect recepie for an open house weekend.  We are getting ready for a busy fall market - I can feel it.  We've had over 20 listings hit the site this week alone.  If I were doing an open tour this wekend, I would check these out for sure:

509-53 West Hastings OPEN Sat/Sun 2-4   Paris Block.  Penthouse unti with southern exposure.  Well worth the look.  I have been in this unit before, and the owner's impeccibble taste will paint a picture of how it could be for you.  Just gone through another price reduction to $459,000 - 809 sqft.
